From championship contenders to veterans of the sport and young future stars, 11 KLIM-sponsored Snocross athletes will put the world's toughest Race Spec gear to the test in the premier snowmobile racing series, which kicks off December 15 & 16 at the Mt. Zion Snocross National in Ironwood, Michigan. 


The 2023-2024 AMSOIL Championship Snocross series brings exciting changes for KLIM's Snocross race team with top professionals Emil Harr and Kody Kamm inside the Judnick Motorsports Polaris trailer, Hunter Patenaude and Anson Scheele representing Scheuring Speed Sports, Oskar Norum and Evan Christian riding for KC Motorsports Polaris and the Krajicek Racing team with Kolton Krajicek, Ryan Frank, Owen Eide, Isaac Otto and Eleanor Schmidt added to the lineup.




Anson Scheele

Started riding: Around age 4 at his parent’s house on an Arctic Cat Kitty Cat. He soon moved up to a 120 so he could “go a little faster.” 


Race team: Scheuring Speed Sports


Hometown: North Branch, Minnesota


Notable racing achievements: Sixth place, AMSOIL National Championship Snocross Series, Pro Lite class, 2023

Off-season hobby: Summers are spent playing golf and riding motocross

Eleanor Schmidt

Started riding: Age 4 at Minnesota’s ERX Motor Park on a Polaris 120.

Emil Harr

Started riding: Age 3 at his home in Sweden on a Yamaha BR250.

Evan Christian

Started riding: Age 4 in his parent’s yard around Christmas time on an Arctic Cat ZR 120.

Hometown: Finley, North Dakota

Hunter Patenaude

Isaac Otto

Started riding: Age 5around the yard on an Arctic Cat Kitty Cat before racing an Arctic Cat 200 in the regional series.

Fun fact: Dad has been a Snocross mechanic for 14 years and Isaac loves working next to his dad on his sleds

Kody Kamm

Started riding: Age 5 racing motocross on a KTM 50 SX before racing Snocross at about age 14 on a Ski-Doo MXZ 440.

Kolton Krajicek

Started riding: Age 3 an Arctic Cat 120

Finishing third in first Snow Bike race 


Off-season hobby: Racing side-by-sides in the summer, going to the lake and riding dirt bikes


Fun fact: He started racing dirt bikes when he was 3: “My dad got tired of chasing me around the track with training wheels on, so I had to learn how to ride with no training wheels if I wanted to continue racing.” 

He won his first short course side-by-side race as a rookie.

He is part owner of the Krajicek race team.

Oskar Norum

Started riding: Around his mom’s property on his grandpa’s old leaf spring Tundra. His first sled on a snocross track was a Polaris Pro XR 800 when he was 10 years old.

Ryan Frank
