Epic Motorcycle Adventure ‘A Story Worth Living’ Comes to Select U.S. Cinemas May 19

Fathom Events, And Sons Magazine and Ransomed Heart Present This Inspirational Story From New York Times Best-Selling Author John Eldredge for a Special One-Night Event

DENVER – March 3, 2016 – A longing for adventure beckons six men and their motorcycles to venture through the Colorado backcountry in “A Story Worth Living.” Explore the Colorado Rockies as Eldredge, along with his sons and friends, go on this wild, bold and monumental journey of a lifetime. Presented by Fathom Events, in partnership with And Sons Magazine and Ransomed Heart, this event is more than a motorcycle tour of some of America’s most gorgeous scenery; it’s an exploration of life’s trials and tribulations. Ride along with these men as they search for their own story worth living and enjoy an exclusive panel discussion with the cast, all in select cinemas on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. local time.

Tickets for “A Story Worth Living” can be purchased beginning on Friday, March 4, by visiting www.FathomEvents.com or at participating theater box offices. Fans throughout the U.S. will be able to enjoy the event in more than 350 select movie theaters through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network. Six novice riders – father, sons and friends – take on the Colorado backcountry on BMW F 800 GS Adventure motorcycles to create a documentary about life, meaning and the longing to be part of an adventure bigger than one’s self that is written on every human heart. John Eldredge, author of the New York Times best-seller Wild at Heart (4 million copies sold), and his three sons are joined by two friends for a thousand-mile ride through the best dual-sport tracks the Centennial State has to offer, serving up a thoughtful narrative on life’s deepest questions. Experience what it’s like to find yourself on the journey of a lifetime, and maybe answer the question “What would you do to find a story worth living?”

“Finding our purpose in life is something all of us want. Some of us have always known our path while others find their purpose through an unforgettable journey. Fathom is thrilled to show this amazing adventure on the big screen in hopes that we can encourage everyone to find their story worth living for,” said Fathom Events VP of Programming Kymberli Frueh.

“Everyone is looking for a story,” says John Eldredge. "When you give up looking for that story, you give up living. We set out to tell a story about that human desire for story,” Eldredge explains. “Too many adventure productions are high on great footage, but desolate when it comes to content and meaning. You can only watch so many adrenaline shots until you want something meatier—an event that explores something worth your while.”
