We warrant *every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects for the **lifetime of the product. Additionally, all KLIM GORE-TEX® products are GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY® for the **lifetime of the product. Should you have a warranty issue, call us for a case number. We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items. Please have all warranty item claims clean for evaluation or it will be sent back to you as is without an inspection being made. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, or use for a purpose other than which it was designed. If this product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This warranty is not transferable. Product must be registered by completing this warranty survey to receive warranty coverage.
* KLIM BOOTS are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one [1] year from the date of purchase. General warranty terms apply.
* The KLIM F4 HELMET is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five [5] years from the date of purchase. General warranty terms apply.
** The lifetime of a product unfortunately does not mean your lifetime. The intensity under which the product is used determines this factor. Rips, tears, cuts, punctures and burns will void the lifetime warranty of the product even if the warranty issue is not related to these damages.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any unworn item with all original tags fully attached. Items must be the current season model and in new sellable condition. Please do not use the item’s cover box as your return shipping box. Pre-boxed garments must be returned inside the original packaging. We only accept returns and exchanges purchased directly through KLIM at www.klim.com or 208-552-7433. If you need an exchange and/or return please call KLIM Customer Service at 208-552-7433. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8-5 MST. Standard holidays are observed. You will be issued an exchange and/or return number at that time along with all other pertinent information. Please have your Customer ID number listed on your packing slip ready. Only the account holder can authorize and exchange purchased items. For exchanges your product will be immediately shipped out to you for your convenience. You will receive a refund on the original credit card upon arrival of the returning item. All shipping to KLIM must be pre-paid and fully insured. KLIM cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. If you have received a damaged item please call KLIM Customer Service at 208-552-7433. You will be given a case number to have your item evaluated in-house for our inspection.
