Tim Tremblay Has Season Best Weekend Finishing Second In Deadwood Shootout
Aurora, Minn. (February 3, 2014) Tim Tremblay had his best weekend of the season finishing second in the AMSOIL Pro Open final on Saturday.
Tremblay dominated much of the action througout the weekend, nearly winning Friday night’s main event, passing for the lead with two laps to go before getting tangled with a lapped rider. Tremblay would recover to finish sixth as he was nearly a lap ahead of most of the field.
On Saturday, Tremblay led all but two laps of the final marking a turning point in a season in which the AMSOIL/U.S. Air Force/Rockstar/Ford team has worked tirelessly to make their Ski-Doo snowmobiles consistent front runners.
Tremblay’s results, along with top three finishes throughout qualifying, have propelled him from seventh to fourth in the championship chase and now well within reach of the next two spots.
This week team will make its annual trip to the east coast to compete in rounds nine and ten of the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour on February 7-8, just outside of Buffalo, New York.
