Atlas 26 Avalanche Airbag Pak
Ratings & Reviews
This pack was more than I wanted to spend. However, I bought this pack with the idea of being able to easily practice using it without the hassle of filling cylinders. I can’t be more pleased with the quality and how the pack works. It’s easy to use and functions exactly as advertised. I keep a set of AA batteries in it and charge the pack the night before and ready to go. This was definitely designed for the Snowmobiler in the mountains. Quality is built to last.
High quality material ,lightweight and fits well with my body armor. I really like the fact that you don't have to refill a cylinder and that it recharged in 20min.
Absolutely love and recommend this pack
I have used almost every airbag on the market and this one is my new favorite! It is super comfy and designed with sledding, snowbiking in mind and it feels amazing on. I also use this for sled skiing and ski touring and it works perfectly in those applications as well. There are a ton of pockets and spots to keep important avy gear in place and the other essentials easily accessible as well. The compressor air bag system works wicked and no cannisters or lithium battery means easy to travel with and light weight. I love the 16 litre but if you do carry more gear or ski with it, especially ski tour with it you will want the 26 litre.
Great product, worth the money. Every part of this backpack is made to be easy to use. The color-coded zippers are awesome. I personally don't use the quick release probe compartment, but rather keep it in the red zipper pocket with my shovel. The backpack does not feel big for being the "biggest" backpack. It's very nice to have room for multiple pairs of gloves, hats, facemasks, anything you need!
