GREAT Boot!
by Trey Jourgensen
I absolutely love these boots! I don't ride a Timbersled but I wear them riding my snowmobile. Being a "motocross" style boot I was a little worried that it wouldn't be as insulated as snowmobile boots, but they are just as warm as any other Klim boot. They are super, super comfortable with good range of motion, as well as good support.
Getting Closer to the perfect boot.

Absolutely love these boots! I just ride sled, and no snow bike and these boots just perform. I still have life left in my other klim boots but i saw these and wanted to give them a try. Best decision ever. The bottom of these boots are way more durable than the other soles on the klim boots. Its the Michelin bottoms that set these apart! The only thing is the bottoms are bullet proof but the front toe cover is the weak stuff (VERY DISAPPOINTING) thinking of getting some bed liner in a can and covering the toe, otherwise i think the boot will still be new and toe will be junk. SAD
Great boots for sledding too.

I have a half dozen rides (maybe more?) since I got these boots and I keep getting happier as they break in. I'm riding a sled in the mountains in the PNW instead of a snow bike but these boots have kept my feet warm, dry, comfortable, and well protected. I have a friend who had the toes come apart on his but he's working as a guide on his sled daily, I'm not sure if it was from abuse or just from the mileage. I'm hoping I don't run into the same issue but I have high hopes since I don't see any signs of wear yet and I take good care of my gear on and off the sled.

<br>The only downside that I've experiences is that the velcro on the cuff quickly shredded the wicking liner in my new Lochsa suit in a small spot. Now I'm more careful to pull the cuff as tight as I can on my boots and have put a patch of duct tape on my suit in that spot.
