New & Improved Klim Induction Pro Summer Jacket. Awesome new upgraded Induction Jacket. The Jacket's new mesh is light weight and flexible. Lots of air flow. The new upgraded armor compliments the safety features of this new Jacket. Top quality Klim Gear for the summer heat!
I am now ready for the heat.

I just took my new Jacket on a ride into the mountains in Tulare County, California. The first thing I noticed is how much lighter it is than my Badlands Pro Jacket. We had a warm day (80's) and I wore a cotton T-shirt underneath. The inside material is very nice on my arms. I immediately enjoyed the placement of the chest pocket for my wallet. I put my KLIM medical card from the Badlands Pro Jacket into this one while I wait for the new one to arrive. The material almost has an elegant feel to it yet, I know it is the best available, for protection. I could immediately tell the airflow difference compared to my old and now obsolete mesh jacket. We routinely have 100 plus summer days in my area of Central California. I'm actually looking forward to the blazing hot days, knowing I will have this Jacket available. If I could have one thing, it would be a matching pair of pants like the Badlands Pro has.
Crash tested, and hot dusty days approved. Nothing better.

Best air flow and safety, period. After trying to save some money by buying a Joe Rocket mesh jacket, I realized my mistake straight away. It was way too cheap. I bought the Induction Pro and knew from the moment I slipped it on that this was the jacket I was looking for. It is heavy enough to feel like it has been manufactured with intention and purpose, but light enough it doesn't weigh me down while I ride. The air flow is amazing no question. For me the extra safety with the CE2 armor and the leather on the elbows and shoulder really makes this feel nice. I already took a spill in the dirt and know that the jacket not only protected me and kept my shoulder and elbow from getting injured, but the jacket didn't tear or rip and I was very glad to have had it on. The warm weather and hot dusty days riding are no longer an excuse to not wear good gear and still be comfortable.
Crashed and walked away…

Two days ago I was 385 miles into a 400 mile ride. This day I was wearing my Induction Pro jacket and my Carlsbad pants. As I exited the freeway I was in the left turn lane with a green light. As I approached the intersection I could see a color difference in the asphalt. I started my left turn at 25-30 miles an hour, when my bike went right out from under me. I hit the pavement with my left shoulder, elbow, knee and hip (all points of contact had D30 armor). I slid to a stop on the right side of my back. The pavement was so slick that it did not tear my KLIM gear. I was able to walk away without a scratch or broken bone!!! I truly believe the protection and quality of my KLIM gear saved me… Thank you KLIM, I’m sold.
