Wow, just wow...

So I finally took the plunge and this is my first bit of kit from Klim. The latitude jacket and pants for 2018 are amazing. Fit is fantastic, I'm 202 lbs and 5'10", I have the large jacket and 38" pants in regular length. The pants as size bigger than my normal 36".
The crotch is the pants takes a bit of getting used to,
Great set overall!

Excellent overall jacket/pants. used it on 3000km ride through all kinds of weather including pouring rain for 6 hours and not a drop. it's comfortable and form fitting, the airflow is amazing on the 30+ days and in stop and go traffic. still overheat city riding in 30+ but that's what an air jacket is for.
Klim, you are really the top professionals in jacket making.

Great Touring Jacket....recommend change to next version.

I'm a touring rider with 550,000 BMW miles. I own a 2011 Latitude used approx. 75,000 miles and a new 2018 Latitude. I'm extremely pleased with both jackets. The new Latitude is lighter and more tailor fitted. Excellent for three season riding, but a bit light for winter use. I rode through a rain front that dumped 6 inches in Minnesota last summer and I was completely dry. My only recommendation is more room in the forearm area and cuff. Touring riders need to be able to use electric jacket liners and tuck in the gloves inside sleeves for cold weather and rain. Overall, the best jacket on the market for touring riders.
Fantastic Touring / Everyday Riding Suit
by Kyle K
My first Klim purchase was a 2016 Badlands Pro Jacket and Pants. At the time I loved the idea of a super ballistic type jacket and dreamed of doing a ton of adventure riding however over time I have acknowledged my true riding style is touring and eating up the highway miles. Since my initial purchase I lost 45 pounds making the jacket and pants 2 sizes too large so I decided to purchase the latitude suit in my new size and give it a go. What can I say but hell yeah Latitude. I love how light the jacket is and its more fitted style so it doesn’t look like a giant baggy suit on me. Once I tried he pants on I immediately fell in love with their traditional style pants pockets vs the odd elongated style on my badlands pro pants as well. The latitude has now become my go to everyday riding suit moving forward for general 3 season riding. My BMW Enduroguard suit and BMW Ralleye Suit have now been moved to number 2 and 3 as far as my riding suits go.
45,000 Miles

I wore this jacket through a 45,000 mile, two-year trip down the Americas and back. It saw 100 degree desert, subzero alpine, and every climate in between. At night it lived outside as a bike cover, or did duty as a doormat. It survived dozens of unpaved spills (no long pavement slides), limitless cactus, and several bird attacks. I use it today as my winter outer in Boston.
An incredible jacket. Once it molds to your shape, it becomes like a little house. Go inside and get warm.
Great fit.

I tried this jacket on at several motorycle shows and knew I wore a medium and that is what I finally ordererd. Wore it for the first time yesterday. Nice fit and form. It was a 55 degree day for morning departure in FL and about 78 by the time I arrived home. Great for those temps but probably would be too hot above 85 degrees for me if I were not moving briskly. I think this will make a great cross country jacket with some thin base layers.
'New' Latitude jacket
by Steve Chesterman
I have the previous version and it is such a great jacket I had to upgrade to the new version, I like the new look and features, being able to 'pin back' the collar and allow more airflow is excellent, the improved venting makes riding in warmer weather so much more pleasant.
Well done Klim from a very happy customer.
Spendy, and worth every penny

Excellent jacket--trim but not snug, room for a layer or two underneath but somehow still seems tailored. The quality is exceptional, with high grade leather over wear points, perfect stitching, and well thought out pocket placement. Haven't tested it in the rain yet, but it's absolutely windproof in 40 degree weather, and works great with a light wool layer underneath for my 15 minute commute in the mornings (it's much warmer on the way home down south). The only real negative is the collar, which seems a little big, but does accommodate a neck warmer or electric jacket collar. Otherwise, the execution is nearly perfect--high grade textiles, attention to detail, clever bits like the collar holders. Well worth the money.
