Seasonal/Temporary Warehouse Laborer

Seasonal/Temporary Warehouse Laborer

 

  • - Must be able to work a shift from Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM.
  • - Inspect arrivals against packing lists for quantity verification.
  • - Monitor and inspect inventory levels for accuracy.
  • - Alert appropriate departments of all arrivals and initiate proper placement of shipment.
  • - Manage bin locations.
  • - Fill orders by using a digital scanner and hand pick method.
  • - Work with shipping program to ship appropriate orders to customers.
  • - Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
  • - Work with internal customers to complete special projects assigned.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.

 

Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk most of all of the day. 

 

Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to start date.  

 

Logistics Internship

The Logistics specialist will work in conjunction with the Logistics manager to ensure timely arrival of product to various locations throughout the world. Success in this position will mean delivery time-lines are communicated and met, packaging instructions are followed, packaging is optimized, freight rates are current and competitive, and standard operating procedures are documented.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Duties:

 

  • - Create and maintain product packaging guidelines which include; barcoding, carton size, carton pack and carton artwork.
  • - Create and update container loading instructions.
  • - Assist in the routing of international and domestic freight.
  • - Track shipments and maintain transit reports.
  • - Communicate regularly with freight vendors.
  • - Audit inbound shipments to confirm the packaging guidelines were followed.
  • - Distribute import/export shipping documentation to appropriate parties.
  • - Research and resolve issues regarding freight and customs billings.
  • - Document Standard Operating Procedures for the Logistics department.
  • - Assist in further development of the Import Compliance Program.
  • - Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

High School Degree required.

 

Previous experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Customer Service Representative - Full Time

The Customer Service team is an elite set of members engaged to uphold the integrity of the KLIM Brand. This position is full time and requires someone who is dedicated and punctual. The ability to multi-task and creatively problem solve are essential. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can retain knowledge and training. The candidate should also demonstrate initiative and strong organizational skills. The Customer Service Professional is responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer and will respond to telephone, email and live chat customer inquiries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.  Must be available to work a shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • - Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • - Maintains customer records by updating account information.

E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator

This position will be responsible to manage listings and grow sales on Amazon, eBay and other online marketplaces. The E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator’s time will be spent managing product listings for all online marketplaces. This position will be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, maintaining existing accounts as well as setting up new ones, and growing revenue through each marketplace. This role will impact the company's growth strategy on all marketplaces, working at both the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). Through analytic-driven product merchandising, this role is charged with delivering the best possible offering, driving best-in-class customer service and effective marketing communications, while delivering measurable results through Amazon, eBay and beyond.

 

  • - Manage the day to day responsibilities for all marketplaces.
  • - Project and maintain FBA inventory levels to prevent over- and under-shipments.
  • - Create, manage, and optimize listings.
  • - Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email).

  • - Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc), experience buying and selling (large scale) on each marketplace is preferred.
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • - Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
  • - Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
  • - Experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred.
  • - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • - Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP’s / DB connections) preferred.

  • - Enter returned items into inventory using warehouse management system and digital scanner
  • - Distribute returned items back into appropriate bin locations throughout the warehouse
  • - Assist the warehouse team with basic duties when needed and available
  • - Receive orders of inventory from dealers and representatives from shows
  • - Accept/Sign for incoming packages
  • - Execute various other tasks as assigned
