Great quality and finish at a really great price!

I picked up a Sixxer jacket in black at the HQ in Rigby Idaho. I have been wearing/riding with it for about a month and I really like this jacket. It is very nice heavy leather with the armor (I purchased it separately). It is vented just enough to still keep me warm on 40-degree mornings and is not too hot for 70 degree rides home. This jacket is nicer than the others I tried which cost $800. The main zipper is really easy to get started and the extra tab at the bottom of the zipper protects the nice pain on my beemer. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for real leather. Can can take a spill with leather and keep using the jacket.
Really, really love my Sixxer Leather!

Fit is true to size. "Casual" style vs. a "racing" jacket so it is more comfortable. I got the LP2 shoulder and elbow, and the Level 1 back - Perfect for me. Somewhat vented with perforations and the front zipper. More of a fair weather jacket (NOT wind or rain proof). Pros: Well constructed jacket made from thick and supple leather. Outside zippers are heavy duty metal. With the quality leather and the zippers this jacket should last for many years. The armor pockets are spot on. Adjustable elbow pockets are amazing (Well done Klim!) Con: No reflective patches or piping - this is pure black leather. I want some highly reflective points for night riding. Update suggestions: Chest pocket on the right side. (Duh!) Longer pulls on the zippers for use with gloves.
great fit and feel.

i recently took a road trip. on the way home we stop at Klim's Headquarter. i pickup the sixxer leather jacket in brown and some other stuff. love the jacket, as usual, Klim never fails....products and customer service are GREAT. i'm forever fan and loyal customer. my older jacket(8yrs old) is xl, on the sixxer i had to go xxl. snug on the shoulders and back without the armor. I love the fit and feel of the jacket, the leather is soft and feels great.

Update. After serval hundred miles, here are a few places for improvements. The magnetic collar could be longer and have another magnetic on the same side as the tab, so that you can fold it over onto itself. Walking around with the jacket unzip, the short tab just sticks out and keeps connecting to the other side. The second area is the entire edge of the collar could be lined with some type of microfiber or soft material. I find that my neck get irritated after a long ride. Armor, for the price of the jacket, it should come standard with D30 level2. If I’m not mistaken, some of Klim’s other jackets in this price range come with armor. Overall, I still like this jacket and very pleased.
