All Backcountry Team members are Level 1 Avalanche Certified and involved in continuing safety education. And most importantly, they’re some of the best riders and racers on Earth.

At Round 3 of the 2023 AMA West Hare Scramble Championship series in Prineville, Oregon, Factory Beta’s Zane Roberts finished five laps in 2:33:12 for third overall out of six in the Pro class after a fifth-place start and said the rocky and somewhat muddy course made for some challenging conditions.

At the Round 8 season finale in Bear Valley, California, on April 21- 22, Keith Curtis wrapped up a Triple Crown sweep of Stock, Improved and Mod Premier King, all five class wins and all five class points championships in Pro 900 Stock, Pro 1000 Stock, Pro Open Stock, Pro 900 Improved and Pro 900 Modified.

At Round 6 of the 2023 Rocky Mountain States Hillclimb Association series at Powder Mountain in Eden, Utah on April 7–9, Keith Curtis pulled off a Triple Crown and King of Kings, winning Stock King, Improved King and Modified King along with Pro 900 Improved Stock, Pro 1000 Stock, Pro Open Stock, Pro 900 Modified plus a third in Pro 900 Stock.
